A. To update your password, you can either use the Forgot Password link on the Stansberry Research login page or you can access it via the ‘Account Settings’ link under the ‘My Account’ tab on our website's top navigation bar.
3. Why can't you answer my questions about specific investments?
A. U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") regulations prohibit us from giving you personal investment advice. We are financial journalists, not advisers or brokers. Our newsletters, reports, and other research services should never be interpreted as personal investment advice.
The sole purpose of our research is to alert you to opportunities that you may not be aware of. We make recommendations based on what we believe is the best course of action given the research that we've done. You should always speak with a financial adviser before acting on any investment recommendation.

5. How do I keep track of my Stansberry account?
A. Whether you subscribe to one or several of our research products, the Stansberry website allows you to easily track your account with us. When you log in to the Stansberry website using your email address and password, click on the "My Account" button located at the top right of the page. Click ‘Account Settings’, then 'My Subscriptions' on the next page. Here, you will see a list of your "Active Subscriptions".
Make any adjustments to your subscriptions online or by calling our Member Services team Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time by dialing (888) 261-2693 or e-mailing them at info@stansberryresearch.com.
6. When will my next issue(s) be posted to the Stansberry website?
A. These dates vary based on the specific research service you are signed up to receive. All issues are posted to the Stansberry website the day they are published. Simply click "My Account" and choose "Help Center". Once there, click "Publishing Schedule", and you'll be able to see the publishing dates for your publications.
7. How can I read current or archived issues online?
A. After logging in to the Stansberry website using your username and password, visit your "My Publications" page under "My Research". You will see a list of the products you are currently signed up to receive. Click on the name of the newsletter whose most recent issue you'd like to read. Then click on "View All Issues & Updates". From here, you can filter what past content you want to read by category and date.
8. Does Stansberry Research have a mobile app?
A. Yes, the Stansberry Research app is available for both iOS and Android on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
9. Can I look at Stansberry Research in a browser on my mobile phone?
A. Yes, we have a mobile browser version of the site available that can be accessed from any mobile phone.
10. Do you have a Quick Quote feature? If so, what does it do, and how can I use it?
A. Yes, we do. This allows you to quickly lookup any stock you're interested in. It's available on all pages of Stansberry Research. Just enter a ticker symbol into the box above the top navigation bar, labeled Search. You can also access the Quick Quote while reading an article by your favorite editor. If you see a highlighted ticker symbol, you can click it to open the Quick Quote.
11. Could you please tell me Steve Sjuggerud's list of recommended gold coin dealers?
A. These are the coin dealers we recommend you start with. You can simply call them on the phone, tell them you are a Stansberry Research reader, and explain what you want to do.
We've been working with these dealers for at least a few years now, and they all have good reputations and decades of experience.

12. Why is your marketing so aggressive?
A. We admit to being aggressive marketers. That is, we spend heavily to sell our products. We also rigorously test (and re-test) the techniques we employ to get the highest return on our marketing. You should expect that from a company owned and led by a financial analyst.
You might be surprised to know... like you... I personally don't like our video sales letters. But they always win in our marketing tests. Likewise, giving people stop, start, and rewind buttons reduce response rates. I don't know why that's so... but I know we've tested it thoroughly.
However, if you don't want to watch our videos, all you have to do is click the "back" button on your Internet browser. Doing so will bring up a plain text letter copy. You can simply read it at your leisure. (And I hope you will.)
One last point... Lots of new subscribers wonder why we use "hype-y" sales letters. We use them because they work. If they didn't work, we wouldn't use them.
The upside for you is our advertising allows us to remain totally independent. At Stansberry Research, we don't do any banking. We don't offer any brokerage service. We don't manage any money. Our business model is based on advertising and subscriptions. That's what allows us to produce such high-quality financial research and to sell it – without any conflicts of interest – at a very low price.
Without it, you would never have heard of our products or subscribed to our letters. Without it, I could never afford to hire the high-quality analysts we've been able to attract to our banner.
On the other hand, if you object to our e-mail advertising, it is a simple matter to stop receiving our free letters. Canceling our free e-mail publications (Stansberry Digest, DailyWealth, and Health & Wealth Bulletin) will not interrupt receipt of your paid subscription product. We include instructions on how to cancel our free e-letters at the bottom of the e-mails we send you.
